I've learned that I'm experiencing cluster migraines. Guess who woke up dizzy and falling over? Me. I've hardly done anything except hang out on my couch and watch I Love Lucy reruns.
I'm working from home this afternoon. I'm glad that we're able to do that sometimes.

What is a cluster migraine? I wasn't sure if that was a real term, but I swear that's what it feels like I get. Horrible debilitating pain on/off all day long. Luckily I just started working for a new research company and it provides a platform for migraine sufferers to share what causes/triggers the pain (you can openly see which ones are most common and new ones you may not have realized).
